I ordered this ring because the ring that I first got when I had my nose piercing done would scratch the inside of my nose. I have a very small nose and I think the piercing was a type of screw. The nose hoop was a little difficult to put in at first but now I hardly have trouble with it and it never irritates me. The only negative aspect I could find was that if you where looking up from underneath you can see it isn't a full hoop, but you'd also have to be looking straight up my nose. All in all, I am very happy I found it.
