A: Click on Track My Order at the top right corner of any FreshTrends.com page. All you need to do is enter your Order Number and Zip Code and you will get the latest information on where your order currently is. You can also track your order from the My Account page. Q: Do I qualify for Free Shipping?
A: We offer FREE SHIPPING via USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation™ on all domestic orders of $19.99 and up. If your order is over $19.99, shipping will automatically be deducted at checkout. If the total on the order drops below $19.99 this will affect the free shipping. Make sure that you are not using reward points or coupon codes as these can drop the grand total below the necessary $19.99. If the coupons or reward points have dropped your total below $19.99, simply add another item to your shopping cart to bring the total back over $19.99. PLEASE NOTE: to qualify for Free Shipping, your order total must be $19.99 or more before Shipping, Coupon Codes, Reward Points, or Sales Tax (Sales Tax applies only to customers in Florida). A: If the item you have received arrives damaged or defective in any way, or if the item is somehow incorrect, we will pay the return shipping. A: Most orders are shipped within 1 business day (excluding weekends and US holidays), if for any reason we are unable to ship your order within 1 business day you will receive an email to let you know. Orders placed on Friday will be processed on Monday. Some custom gold jewelry takes a little longer to ship as they are made to order; please see the item's description to determine the ship date. A: USPS First Class Mail delivery time is approximately 2-7 business days after your order is shipped. NOTE: USPS does not guarantee delivery date with this method. Need it faster? Delivery time for International orders shipped USPS First Class Mail is approximately 7-14 business days after your order is shipped; depending on your location, delivery time may be more or less. A: We offer shipping to P.O. Boxes via USPS (United States Parcel Service) only. UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes, as a signature is required. Q: Do you accept international orders?

A: International orders do not qualify for free shipping. If you are in the US and your order total is $19.99 before shipping, tax or discounts, then you get Free shipping. If the Total on the order drops below $19.99 this will affect the Free Shipping. Make sure that you are not using Reward Points or Coupon Codes, as these can drop the grand total below the necessary $19.99. If that's the case, then just add another item to you shopping cart and get your free shipping! Q: How do I update my shipping address?
A: If you need to change the shipping address on your order you would need to contact us immediately before the order is ready to be shipped. Contact Customer Service at support@freshtrends.com or 1-800-420-7002 Monday - Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST. You can also contact Customer Service via Live Chat during business hours. PayPal orders cannot be adjusted once the order is submitted but need to be handled through PayPal. If the order has already been sent out and is returning to our offices due to an error in the shipping address, we will contact you as soon as the package has returned to our offices to update the correct address. There is a $3.99 reshipping fee if the address was input incorrectly at checkout. Q: Why has my order not shipped out yet?
A: Sometimes an order may take slightly longer than anticipated to be shipped due to an unexpected stock issue or if you ordered custom made gold jewelry. Check the item description to calculate when your custom gold piece will ship. Track my Order allows you to check the status of your order 24 hours a day. Just enter the Order Number and Zip Code to have the most up-to-date information available. You can also check your email for an email from support@freshtrends.com to view the latest status update. Q: I have an item on my order that is Back Ordered! How long do I have to wait?
A: We do our very best to make sure all of our items are in stock and ready to ship but errors can occur. If for some reason an item your ordered is currently out of stock, we will immediately credit your FreshTrends account the full cost of the item. We will also send you an email to let you know which item was out of stock and the amount of the credit that has been applied to your FreshTrends account.
