Gold or Titanium Preference I know, I know, there’s a lot of great surgical steel stuff, and the quality’s pretty good, but nothing beats sparkling, shiny, beautiful, honey colored 14kt gold body jewelry for quality, and just that awesome look! Titanium body jewelry is great for quality too, but I think that looks better on guys. I have a lot of gold body jewelry and I always get compliments on it. My favorite piece right now is a gold heart navel ring I just got with gemstones for a little extra bling. I work hard on my tan and the gold looks awesome next to it, but even in the winter when my tan fades the gold really brightens up my skin! Some girls have closets full of shoes, and have to be dragged away from shoe sales, but for me it’s always been gold body piercing jewelry! I do have a few titanium pieces for the odd time I wear silver jewelry – gotta coordinate your accessories, right? – but I prefer to go with white gold when I can.
