I love the Bioflex material, it's very comfortable. Before I purchased this product, I was worried about the removable gem falling out. I have been wearing it for a month or so and all is secure. Although I haven't tried, I would imagine it to be slightly difficult to remove & replace the gem with jewelry still in nostril. Still extremely happy with it!

These nose rings are great. In fact they are so great that I have worn the same one for three months, Eliminating the need for buying any more. This nose ring is great for people how have had their nose pierced for a long time but have difficulty changing up because of great sensitivity. Gem doesn't fall out. Even when washing your face!

I bought 2 different colors of the snap-on nose rings and I hate them. Switching out the gemstones seems easy until the little plastic post (entry point of the "snap-on" gem) splits in two. This happened to me on the first try with 2 different posts. The system seems ideal, but didn't function for me. I ended up just having broken junk after getting to wear them only once or twice.
