- We can NOT accept exchanges or returns if the item has been removed from its Original Sealed packaging.
- Refunds are all subject to a 30% Restocking Fee
- An RMA# is mandatory (see below for more details)
Customer
satisfaction is our top priority so if there is a defective item due
to Manufacturer Defect or an error with your order we will do our best
to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Items
must be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase with the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
number requested within 7 days of receiving your order. Packages without and RMA will not be accepted.
Due
to the health regulations and for hygienic and safety reasons we will
not under any circumstances accept or exchange opened Body Jewelry.
All exchange merchandise must be in its ORIGINAL SEALED packaging.
If inventory permits, items will be exchanged for the same product,
or one of equal value, if item has a manufacturing defect we did not
detect.

Note: Items that have been worn, or altered or damaged in any
way cannot be accepted for return. FreshTrends.com Body Jewelry
& Fashion Accessories is not responsible for replacement of
body jewelry & fashion accessories damaged by misuse, or improper
care. Damaged Acrylic balls and Gemstones from alcohol cleaning will
not be replaced. Please also make sure not to over tighten your jewelry
as this will strip the threads.
If
you decide you would like to exchange an item ordered in the wrong size,
style or material for your piercing, there will be an additional processing
and shipping fee of $4.99 for Body Piercing Jewelry items, $5.99 for
Belts & Belt Buckles, and $8.99 for T-shirts. Under no circumstances
will BODY JEWELRY returns be accepted if it is not in its ORIGINAL SEALED
PACKAGING.
Gold Body Jewelry Returns: All (CUSTOM MADE) jewelry cannot be exchanged or returned.
Standard Gold Body Jewelry exchanges are all subject to a $10 fee in addition to the reshipping fee of $4.99 (unless your return is due to a defect, in which case it will be exchange for the same item). NOTE: Please make sure to select your size carefully. 22 Gauge is the smallest barbell size; it is as thin as a standard ear piercing. If you need assistance in selecting the correct size jewelry for your piercing, please see our body jewelry size chart.
We
provide accurate product descriptions for each item including sizing,
materials, etc. If you should have any questions regarding item specifications

to placing your order.
An
RMA number is mandatory for all returned merchandise.
Here’s how to do it in 5 easy steps:
- Contact
us to request an RMA number within 7 days of receiving your order
by emailing support@freshtrends.com
- Make
sure to include your full name, order number, and product ID number
when emailing.
- When
you receive your RMA number, clearly write it on the shipping box
of the item you are exchanging. If possible, we recommend utilizing
the original packaging it came in and completely removing or covering
the original shipping label. Otherwise, please use a padded envelope
or box. Items received unsealed or damaged will not be honored.
The product must be returned complete and in the sealed packaging.
Additional charges for missing items or unsealed packaging may be
assessed in the event of products being returned incomplete or opened.
- Please
include a copy of your sales receipt with the item you are returning.
- We
are not responsible for returned packages that are lost in transit
to us. It is advisable to use some sort of tracking on your return
shipment.

Rings are measured from the largest inside diameter.

Rings are also known as C.B.R.'s, B.C.R.'s & Ball Captive
Rings. They come in many variations, shapes, sizes, but the same
measuring rule applies. Always measure the largest inside
diameter of the circle.

/ Horseshoes are measured from the largest inside diameter.

commonly used for belly button rings, nipple rings, and eyebrow
jewelry. Curved barbells are measured in a straight line from
the inner length between the two balls.

Rings |
Nose Twists, also known as nose screws, are measured from the base of the ball / charm to the beginning
of the twist, as shown in the diagram. Measure nose bones to the
end of the shaft, before the beaded tip. Nose fishtails are measured
from the base of the ball / charm to the end of the barbell.
Standard
gauge for nose rings is 18 Gauge.
