Some of the confusion was my own fault. I should have thought more about the size of the ring I was getting. It took over two weeks to get to me, that was longer than I expected. They said it had to be hand made. It is thin, pliable, bendable, like wire you would pick up in a hardware store. I can not thread it through my nose. A complete waste of money, as I can think of no use for it.
