These tapered spiral ear plugs are made from casted 316L surgical steel. The intricate design features a complex spiral, with the final point of the spiral bent downwards. The length of each item is determined by the gauge. The 12G spirals are only 1" in length top to bottom, while the 0G are a full 3" in length. The larger gauge items are heavy as these items are solid surgical grade stainless steel.

I've been stretching my ears for the past two months or so. Purchased these in a size 12g and while I was surprised by there small size when they arrived I still loved them!! I got the 12g probably a year ago, and very rarely have I taken it out for anything besides cleaning. It's comfortable and stays put. I've gotten a lot of compliments on it in the year I've had it! I'd like something a little more intricate, but this works well for going to work and nice occasions.

This is the first website where I have been able to find the larger sizes in this style! I had these in a 4 and just got them in a 2. The only problem that I have with these is that they can fall out fairly easily without the o rings. I was easily able to wear the 4s without the rings, but the 2s are a little more front heavy. I usually just put up with it because I don't like to wear the o-rings. Overall these are a great product a part of my daily jewelry.
