If you get your right size, this can be a promising piece. I like it. I have the ball and spike screw on so i can switch out easily. I'm not used to labrets yet but their a nice change if you wanna go with out a lip ring for a day or 2.

Great alternative to a lip ring

It's great to have a labret stud around as an alternative to a lip ring. I usually wear mine for a more subtle look when I'm at work, meeting my boyfriend's mom, etc. These particular labrets are great but the ball is too big in my opinion, make sure you measure out 5mm before you order so you're sure you want a ball that big. I usually prefer 3-4mm.
