These barbells are perfect for piercing, especially tongue piercing. They're the perfect size and they glide right in. I had no trouble whatsoever using them and my clients say they are more comfortable than any other piercing they have!

I bought this in 18 gauge for my helix piercing. It's alright but it's a little too long and it was really difficult to get ball to screw back in. Other than that the ring was fine.
