We offer a 2-year manufacturer warranty from the date of delivery as stated by the courier. We are confident in our workmanship and that our jewelry is made to last, however if it breaks due to a manufacturing flaw or other causes other than regular wear and tear, please contact us and we will repair or replace it.

Our warranty does not cover scratches or damage caused by regular wear and use that occur over time and improper storage, bending out of shape due to improper use or insertion, lost items or parts, theft, damaged threading from overtightening, or any modification made to our jewelry by a third party. If we receive the item back and determine that the damage was not the result of a manufacturer defect, we will contact you with an estimate for the repair, if possible.

Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, we are unable to offer refunds for purchases. However, we understand that there may be occasions when an item needs to be exchanged. In such cases, we are happy to offer store credit within 30 days of the date of delivery, as indicated by the shipping carrier's notification.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN

  • Item must be in its original new, unused condition without signs of wear or damage.

  • Item must be in its original packaging, including boxes, inserts, and pouches. If the item is not in new, unused condition or in the original packaging, we may be unable to accept the return.

  • We are only able to accept returns if we charge a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price to help cover the cost of materials and the cost of creating the piece for you.

  • Customers are responsible for paying shipping fees for the return. The shipping fee for returns is a flat rate of $10 for domestic and $30 for international (outside the United States).

Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will issue store credit for the purchase price of the item, minus the custom-item production fee and shipping fee. We’re unable to waive these fees.

Please note that store credit is valid for one year from the date of issue and can be used for any item on our website.

Select lobe earrings are sold in pairs. All other styles are sold individually.

We use nickel-free 14k gold for our gold body jewelry, which is great for people with sensitive skin since the majority of metal-related skin issues come from sensitivities to nickel. For more information about the quality of our precious metals please read our Certificate of Assay.

Since anatomy varies from person to person, piercing jewelry is not a one-size-fits-all. We highly recommend consulting your piercer for individualized sizing questions.

We have partnered with Extend™ to offer hassle-free repairs if your jewelry experiences a defect or accidental damage. Extend™ protection plans can be added to you order at the time of purchase by adding it at checkout or post-purchase within 90 days of delivery (contact us to request a post-purchase protection plan).

Shipping

Log in to your FreshTrends account and click on Address Book. Edit the details here and click Save Changes.

If, for some reason, you need to change the shipping address for an order already in production, please contact customer service immediately. You can reach us at 866-698-9427 Monday through Friday from 10:00 am until 6:00 pm or e-mail us any time. 

Addresses for orders processed via PayPal cannot be adjusted once the order is submitted, due to PayPal policy.

If your order has already shipped and is returned to sender due to an error in the shipping address, we will contact you as soon as your order has returned to our facility. There will be a $4.99 reshipping fee for domestic packages and a $9.99 reshipping fee for international packages if the address was entered incorrectly at checkout or if you are not registered to the address provided.

Log in to your FreshTrends.com account and click on Order History to review your order status. Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you.
