FreshTrends Return Policy
We take great pride in providing high quality products at low prices with outstanding customer service. You are welcome to return your order within 14 days of delivery date and we will gladly issue you store credit for the value of the merchandise, or exchange the items for you. Non-gold and platinum jewelry must still be in the original tamper-proof packaging in order for the return to be accepted.
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. A restocking fee may be incurred for return merchandise and a reshipment fee will be charged for product exchanges. Restocking fees are as follows:
A pre-paid label will only be issued if we made a mistake in your order or the order is damaged/defective. Items with skus that contain CSTM are not returnable/refundable.
Gold and Platinum Return Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your jewelry purchase. If for any reason you are not, we will gladly accept gold and/or platinum items for exchange or store credit within 14 days of receiving your item(s). All returns must be unaltered, unworn, and in sell-able condition. A re-stock fee of 15% - 30% may apply depending on the item.
Orders over $1,000 and custom orders are not eligible for a return unless we have made a mistake or there is a manufacturer’s defect.
Our gold and platinum jewelry is guaranteed for 60 days after receiving your item(s).

FreshTrends is not responsible for items ordered in the incorrect size or material for your piercing, or for jewelry that has not been cared for correctly or mis-used in any way. For example, if you stripped the threads on your barbell or cracked the balls by over-tightening, or perhaps lost the ball by not tightening it enough - these are all examples of scenarios where we cannot accept returns or provide refunds. Custom items, including but not limited to custom jewelry, custom belt buckles and special order items are non-returnable.

Processing a Return1. Please log into your account at FreshTrends.com and click “View My Orders” on the left.
2. There will be a “Return Item” link under shipping status. Click the link to get your return request.
3. Complete the form and follow the instructions.
Please return your package via USPS with delivery confirmation so the return can be tracked.
