I recently gave my purchase 3 stars because some of the prongs were a bit rough and catching on things. Not only did I receive emails asking how they can make it right, I also received a call to discuss how they can fix this for me. They are willing to go the extra mile and stand behind their product. Because of this, I have purchased another diamond stud for a new piercing. Highly recommend!
This would have been 5 star if the prongs in the setting were smooth. The diamond is beautiful and the low profile sits nicely. Unfortunately, 1 or 2 of the prongs are rough so keep snagging. The service was great as my questions were answered quickly and the stud shipped within 2 weeks.
