RETURN POLICY

We at FreshTrends take pride in our high-quality, custom-made fine piercing jewelry. Each piece is tailored and handmade to order specifically for you. This is why we can offer a number of size options and variations for all of our designs.

As a result, we are unable to offer refunds for purchases. However, we understand that there may be occasions when an item needs to be exchanged. In such cases, we are happy to offer store credit within 30 days of the date of delivery, as indicated by the shipping carrier's notification.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN

  • Item must be in its original new, unused condition without signs of wear or damage.

  • Item must be in its original packaging, including boxes, inserts, and pouches. If the item is not in new, unused condition or in the original packaging, we may be unable to accept the return.

  • We are only able to accept returns if we charge a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price to help cover the cost of materials and the cost of creating the piece for you.

  • Customers are responsible for paying shipping fees for the return. The shipping fee for returns is a flat rate of $10 for domestic and $30 for international (outside the United States).

 

Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will issue store credit for the purchase price of the item, minus the custom-item production fee and shipping fee. We’re unable to waive these fees.

Please note that store credit is valid for one year from the date of issue and can be used for any item on our website.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

Step 1: Fill out the form above to initiate a return. Once submitted and approved we will provide you with a return authorization number and a return shipping label.

Step 2: Please make certain that the product is in its original packaging and in a shipping box. We won't be able to accept the return if you send the item in an envelope since it might get damaged. We are not responsible for jewelry damaged in transit.

Step 3: Check your email for the return shipping label. If you do not see the label in your email, please check your spam or promotions folders.

Step 4: Print the label, stick it on the box, and give or take it to the carrier to ship the item back to us.

Please allow approximately 7 business days from the time we receive it for your return to be processed. Once processed, we will send you a confirmation email with your store credit gift card.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

Orders placed by international buyers (outside of the United States) are considered final sales. We regret that we cannot accept returns from foreign consumers. We're a small business, but we'll try our best to make this happen as we expand.

CANCELLATIONS 

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 72 business hours to do so. We will be unable to cancel an order past this window as production would have started. Customer relations representatives are available during regular business hours: Monday - Friday from 10am until 5pm EST (except holidays). Please call 866-698-9427 or contact us.
