I love these barbells as nose rings. Good for those of us who like to be different. Also, you can't go wrong woth surgical steel! I recommend the metal to everyone, especially people like me who are sensitive to a lot of different metals. It's also great for ease of cleaning on newish nose rings (or if you have oily skin like me cleaning could be necessary for longer than your piercer may have told you, which is the case for me).
