2-Year Craftsmanship Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with your new FreshTrends jewelry, and that’s why we’ve got you covered.
So, what exactly does that mean? It means that we have a 2-year manufacturer warranty from the date of delivery as stated by the courier. We are confident in our workmanship and that our jewelry is made to last, however if it breaks due to a manufacturing flaw or other causes other than regular wear and tear, please contact us and we will repair or replace it.
Our warranty does not cover scratches or damage caused by regular wear and use that occur over time and improper storage, bending out of shape due to improper use or insertion, lost items or parts, theft, damaged threading from overtightening, or any modification made to our jewelry by a third party. If we receive the item back and determine that the damage was not the result of a manufacturer defect, we will contact you with an estimate for the repair.
Purchases Outside Our 2-Year Warranty Period
If it is past the 2-years after delivery and the warranty has expired, we are happy to work with you to repair your jewelry for an additional repair fee + delivery fee. Please contact us at support@freshtrends.com to determine if your item can indeed be repaired and for an estimate of the repair fee plus shipping fees. When emailing us, please ensure to include images of the piece so that we can begin the process.

Just like all fine jewelry, piercing jewelry also needs to be serviced on a regular basis to keep it looking like the day you bought it. With our in-house Restore Service you can return your body jewelry back to its original sparkle and shine. Our jewelers employ the most up-to-date procedures and technology to clean and re-polish your piercing jewelry, ensuring that it is returned to you in the finest possible condition. Learn More
How To Start A Repair
Step 1: Contact our customer service team at support@freshtrends.com, to request a repair. Include your name, order number, email associated with the order and photos of the item needing repairs. We will provide you with a repair invoice (if applicable) and a return shipping label.
Step 2: Please make certain that the product is in its original packaging and in a shipping box of the same size, as a different box may incur additional courier fees. We won't be able to accept the return if you send the item in an envelope since it might get further damaged. We are not responsible for jewelry damaged or lost in transit if other shipping means are used.
Step 3: Check your email for the return shipping label. If you do not see the label in your email, please check your spam or promotions folders.
Step 4: Print the label, stick it on the box, give or take it to the carrier to ship the item back to us.
Please allow approximately 3-4 weeks from the time we receive it to complete the repair process. Once processed, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number letting you know your item has been sent back to you.
