Since most of our items are made-to-order, we suggest checking on the product page for an estimate to see when an item will ship. If you have multiple products on your order, we will ship your entire order once the last piece has finished production. Once your order is shipped, we calculate it will be delivered bases on the shipping method listed below. You will get an email with a tracking number notifying you once your order is shipped.

UPS and FedEx do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses or to some states including parts of Hawaii and Alaska and some U.S. Territories including Puerto Rico. Please select First Class Mail or Priority Mail

Please ensure that you include your complete street address, apartment number, suite #, etc. FreshTrends is not responsible for orders shipped to incomplete or incorrect addresses. There will be an automatic $15.00 shipping & handling for domestic orders or  $25.00 shipping & handling for international orders to reship orders due to customer order entry error.

FreshTrends is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package has been confirmed as delivered, and it was not received, we encourage you to open a claim with the courier.
