Why We Can't Accept Returns

Due to the bespoke nature of our products and health regulations surrounding piercing jewelry, we do not accept returns. Here’s why:

  1. Custom Craftsmanship: Every piece is handmade just for you, based on your selected options. Because each item is personalized, it cannot be restocked or resold.

  2. Piercing Jewelry = Medical Grade: Piercing jewelry is inserted into the body, much like a medical device. For hygiene and safety, every customer receives a brand-new, never-before-worn item, and we cannot accept returns once an item has been delivered.

Ordered the Wrong Size?

We understand that ordering the wrong size is the most common issue. That’s why we offer a Resize Service:

If You Used Our Free Piercing Advisor™ : You're covered! If the size is incorrect—even after following our recommendation—we'll resize it at no cost to you, including free shipping.

If You Selected the Size Yourself: We’ll still help! A resize fee and shipping will apply, and our team will guide you in finding the correct fit.

Resize requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. Visit our Size Guide or try the Piercing Advisor™ to get started.

Alterations: To initiate a resize contact us within 30 days of date of delivery as marked by the carrier.

Product Warranty

All FreshTrends jewelry is backed by our 2-Year Product Warranty, covering any manufacturer defects. Read the full Product Warranty here. If approved, your item will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

Lost Components

We are not responsible for lost threaded or threadless components due to improper tightening or installation. We recommend:

  • Regularly checking that threaded balls or charms are secure
  • Correctly installing threadless pins

If a piece is lost, we'll assist you in purchasing a replacement component. Please contact us at support@freshtrends.com or initiate a Live Chat on the website.

How to Make A Return

Step 1: Fill out the contact form at the top of this page.

Step 2: Wait for approval and receive your return authorization and shipping label.

Step 3: Package the item securely in its original packaging and in a box (not an envelope) to avoid damage in transit.

Step 4: Print and attach the shipping label

International Orders

Orders placed by international buyers (outside of the United States) are considered final sales. We regret that we cannot accept returns from foreign consumers. We're a small business, but we'll try our best to make this happen as we expand.

Cancellations 

Need to cancel? Contact us within 72 business hours of placing your order. After this window, production will have begun, and cancellations will no longer be possible.
