So, you invested in some handmade gold body jewelry, and it wasn’t quite right. Maybe the gemstone was too small, the backing was uncomfortable, or the hoop size was not quite right. Don’t sweat it. We've got you covered!
As we make our jewelry in house, we can adapt your item to fit perfectly for your piercing for a fee. Our goal is you looking spectacular in perfectly sized body jewelry that you love and will always wear 😊.
Contact us here and we will help you pick the right size for your piercing and anatomy. We will also provide a quote to adapt your item to the correct size if applicable and we'll email you a shipping label.
The entire return process takes around 10 -15 business days depending on the complexity of the alteration.
All alterations and/or exchanges are subject to a $10 shipping/processing fee, a 5% restocking fee, along with any applicable price difference and labor fees. Alteration fees vary, and are based on the complexity of the job. Please note, original shipping fees are not refundable.
If a different style is desired, we will accept the returned jewelry for a store credit. The jewelry must be unworn and sealed in the original packaging.
In the rare event of a manufacturing issue with an item we have made for you, we will correct the issue free of charge. We guarantee our items will arrive in excellent condition, brand new, and unused – hand made just for you and your piercing.
Our limited manufacturer’s warranty is 90 days from the day you receive your order. Please contact us if you have an issue with a piece that you have bought recently that is not working correctly.
We do not accept returns on body jewelry for a refund nor cancellations. We do not resell jewelry, unlike many other online body jewelry companies. We treat body jewelry like a medical product – one that cannot be resold to another individual once it has been received and / or opened. We do this to protect our customers.
Return shipping labels are only available to customers in the USA, sorry to our International customers – our prepaid labels only work in the domestic USA. If there is a warranty related issue on a purchase, we will reimburse you the return shipping cost via PayPal only.
