Is your jewelry real gold and nickel-free?

We use nickel-free, solid 14k gold—not plated nor dipped—for all of our body jewelry, making it ideal for those with sensitive skin, as most metal-related skin issues stem from nickel sensitivities.

What is the Piercing Advisor service?

It's a complimentary consultation you can include with your order that ensures an ideal fit for your piercing jewelry, offering a free exchange if adjustments are needed. LEARN MORE

 

What is the return policy?

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. However, we understand that there may be occasions when an item needs to be resized. In such cases, we are happy to assist.

Do you have a warranty?

We offer a 2-year manufacturer warranty from the date of delivery as stated by the courier. We are confident in our workmanship and that our jewelry is made to last, however if it breaks due to a manufacturing flaw or other causes other than regular wear and tear, please contact us and we will repair or replace it.
 

Our warranty does not cover scratches or damage caused by regular wear and use that occur over time and improper storage, bending out of shape due to improper use or insertion, lost items or parts, theft, damaged threading from overtightening, or any modification made to our jewelry by a third party. If we receive the item back and determine that the damage was not the result of a manufacturer defect, we will contact you with an estimate for the repair.

When will my order ship?

Estimated shipping times are located on each product page under the "Add to Cart" button.
 

Our jewelry is handmade to order with varying production times. Once the order has completed production, your order will ship via the method selected at checkout.
 

If you've added our complimentary Piercing Advisor™ consultation, we will not start creating your jewelry until you've consulted with one of our advisors. If we can’t reach you within 3 business days post-purchase, we’ll start crafting your order based on the size you initially picked.
