I have so far bought L Post diamond nose rings (2), gold ring nose ring (1) and a 3 diamond nose ring and always excellent quality. Shipping to me is always on a reasonable time frame considering everything is made to order if not in stock that they personally have made. Diamonds are always nice quality plus fit perfect. I just ordered a PIN POST diamond nose ring and I called to get informed about the type of post and was thrilled with the information given to me first hand. She also sent a link so I could understand more about the PIN POST before purchasing it. After reading it all I ordered one.
You just cannot beat the craftsmanship from Fresh Trends. I will keep buying from them only. I know when I order I get what I wanted and that means a lot. They also use good quality gold and diamonds each and everytime.

I frequently purchase items from freshtrends. The products they have, the costs, and how simple it is to navigate never cease to amaze me. I do ask that favorites be restored. When I want a product but am unable to order it, I like to add it to my favorites so I can quickly check out the next time and make sure I order it. or at the very least, save it for later. Freshtrends always have the best prices and quality.

I have ordered multiple nose stud and hoop jewelry from FT and love everyone of them. The diamonds are of great quality and sparkle across a room! I needed the post adjusted on the L shaped nose stud and they did it with no questions. They stand behind their products. You pay a little more but the quality speaks for itself.
Received wrong item but they are replacing it upon return, hope its not another 6 weeks
Placed order on 2/23. We are on the 21st of March. They said will probably ship on 3/25. If I knew this takes sooo long, I would not have bought items from this store. It’s frustrating.

Really disappointed the post length is way longer than 6 mm and so dosnt sit in my nose properly so can’t wear it and they refuse returns even though I had advice for the fitting before purchase

I ordered a nose stud 3 weeks ago. I contacted customer services and they stated it was in process. I am not sure what takes so long. I was told it would be 3 to 5 business days. Slow processing and no communication on their part, nor any kind of apology or compensation for them dropping the ball. I will not buy from them again.
