FreshTrends Terms of Service
At Fresh Trends LLC we manufacture our jewelry in-house and focus on high-quality, fine piercing jewelry custom made for you. Each piece is handcrafted and made-to-order in California; never mass produced, however we try to stock a small number of some of our most popular items.
Behind each piece, there is a person that is doing their best and is working diligently to get your item(s) to you as quickly as possible while maintaining the high standards you expect when purchasing luxury jewelry.
By placing an order with FreshTrends you are agreeing to the terms and conditions below:
Sale and Purchase of Goods
FreshTrends Body Jewelry (Seller) and You (the buyer) agree to purchase goods to your liking in the desired quantity described in your cart at checkout.
By placing an order with FreshTrends, you agree to pay the purchase price of the goods as posted on our website. We reserve the right to change our prices without notice as we see fit.
Payment & Credit Card Processing Terms
The total amount of your order is due at checkout. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal Easy Checkout. We are not responsible if your bank or credit card company double charges you. All our prices are in USD, and payment will be collected in USD. If you are outside of the United States, your bank will process payment in your local currency. We are not responsible for any price discrepancies having to do with conversion rate.
We cannot, at any time, access your FreshTrends account and will only change your password upon request. If you choose to save your credit card information in your account, your credit card is encrypted, and we cannot physically charge your credit card without your consent.
By placing an order, you agree and acknowledge that the item(s) you are purchasing is handmade-to-order and therefore there is a production time associated with your order. Each item page displays an approximate estimated shipment date for the item you are purchasing. We reserve the right to change our production times as we see fit at any given time. Please note, that extended production times may incur during periods of high volume (Christmas and Valentine’s Day).
If you have selected rush delivery (Next Day or 2nd Day), please note that anything with a production time will not arrive within one to three business days. Rush delivery will only apply once the item has completed production.
If you purchase multiple items that have a different production time, your order will be shipped once the last item has completed production.
Shipping & Delivery
The provided shipping dates are estimates only. Orders are shipped as soon as production on all items in the order has been completed.
We offer free domestic shipping for order $100+; shipping is otherwise $6.95. Delivery will only apply once the item has completed production. Different shipping fees apply to international orders. We are not liable for any issues caused from shipping companies (lost packages, non-receipt, etc.), but we will do the best we can to help.
Customer is responsible for paying custom fees and/or VAT fees if outside the United States.
Body Jewelry Size
It's very important that you selected the correct size for your piercing jewelry. If you are uncertain, please reach out to our piercing experts before we begin production (within the next business day) to help verify you have ordered the correct size for your piercing.
This simple step may help you save time and additional fees from having to return your jewelry for resizing which can take an additional 3 weeks. For additional info on standard body piercing sizes, see our SIZE HELP chart.
From the day you receive your order, we give you 30 days to decide if you love your piece. If you decide it's not for you, reach out to us to begin the return process, either by logging into your account on FreshTrends.com, or by contacting us. Read our full Return Policy.
To be eligible for an exchange/return, the piece must not have been worn, in perfect condition, and sent back in its original packaging.
Please contact us if you would like us to email you a return shipping label for an additional fee, deducted from your credit total. If you provide your own shipping label, please purchase a tracking number with insurance to ensure your package is not lost. We will not be responsible for missing packages without tracking information or items damaged in transit.
- Custom Orders: Any custom-made, made-to-order, or handmade piece of jewelry.
- Sale or Clearance items: items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned; these items are marked as such on the details of each product.
- If the item has been worn and in used condition, returns will be voided.
Handmade Body Jewelry Items:
We stand by the craftsmanship of our entire fine body jewelry collection and offer a 100% guarantee on craftsmanship with a complimentary limited warranty of 1 year after purchase.
- Due to the nature of piercing jewelry and the fact that they are made-to-order to your specifications, we do not accept returns on handmade body jewelry products.
- Please be sure to check your size prior to ordering. If you ordered the wrong size, we will work with you to order the correct size. Please contact us so we can help!
- We may be able to resize your item for a fee. Please contact us to see if your item is eligible.
- For an additional fee, we may be able to sell you the barbell, setting, or component that you need in the correct size to fit your piercing to avoid purchasing an entire new piece. Please at contact us so we can help you get the perfect size for your piercing.
- It is important to occasionally service your gold and platinum jewelry to keep it pristine and looking fabulous!
Currently, we do not offer returns for international orders. We are sorry if this inconveniences you as an international customer, but we are a small business and cannot accommodate international returns.
Custom / Special-Order Handcrafted Items
Custom items refer to any item that is not regularly sold on our website, whether that be a different gauge, length, gemstone, etc. or a custom design requested. These items are not eligible for returns or promotional discounts. If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 48 hours of placing your order.
We offer a 100 day limited warranty against manufacturers defects.
We encourage all our customers to purchase our additional protection plan offered and sold by Extend to protect your jewelry from accidental damage as well as resizing, polishing and cleaning. These can be added to you order from any item page or the cart page.
Disclaimer of Warranty / Limitation of Liability
FreshTrends takes no responsibility in product quality in the event of misuse or wrong use of products.
Unauthorized Use of Materials
Everything on our website (www.freshtrends.com) is the sole property of FreshTrends LLC. You cannot use any image, product image or otherwise, found on our website in any way.
General Terms of Sale
The seller is the sole intended beneficially of this agreement. If there is any inconsistency between this Terms of Sale and any other document relating to our products, this document shall govern. This agreement cannot be altered in any way without the written consent of FreshTrends.
Acceptance and Acknowledgment of Terms
Use of our website constitutes acceptance of these Terms. By using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and are bound by our Terms of Sale.
Mobile Terms of Service

The FreshTrends LLC mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by FreshTrends LLC (“FreshTrends LLC”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to FreshTrends LLC’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of FreshTrends LLC through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with FreshTrends LLC. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18333670565 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other FreshTrends LLC mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
