I ordered this piece in 14K yellow gold, 18 gauge, 7/16" hoop diameter for one of my helix. I absolutely love it. It's perfectly sized and is so comfortable to wear and sleep in. It was quite difficult to get the pearl screwed back on after getting it in my ear. It took me about 25 minutes by myself, just patiently trying over and over to get it; I also have long nails so that did not help. I highly recommend this hoop and Freshtrends!

Gorgeous

This pearl barbell is gorgeous. The only issue I had was putting it in. It took me like 30 minutes because I had a hard time finding my septum piercing with this type of ring. Then putting pearl balls back on was difficult because they are so delicate and small. Once I got it in though I loved it and all the drama of getting it in was worth it. I highly recommend.
