Just because you are ordering a replacement ball doesn't mean it will fit your piece. I ordered appropriate sizing and when it arrived, the threads didn't screw into my post. I was then conveniently informed that I could pay more to send it in and they would find one that matches. Why not just charge more and do this from the beginning?

This is the second one I have brought for my 14k gold industrial in 14 months. I never take my industrial out but have lost two balls and this is my second replacement. I love fresh trends and always recommend their jewellery because they do have the best customer service. I’m just disappointed I’ve lost two just going about my everyday life.

Fantastic. I was a little worried that I would have to send my barbell in so they could ensure that the ball would work with it properly but luckily that was not a problem! Shipping was fast, production only took 5 days. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who unfortunately loses their ball.
