The Reina setting was designed to give each stone a royal frame — crown-style prongs rising around the gem, adding detail, depth, and presence from every angle. In rose-cut diamond, the look is soft, romantic, and vintage-inspired, with a subtle faceted shimmer. In black diamond, it becomes darker and more dramatic. In opal, emerald, or London blue topaz, the smooth cabochon stones bring deep color, luminous play, and a jewel-like richness to the piercing.
