• Helpful Hint: To open ring and insert into your piercing, gently twist the ends away from each other instead of pulling apart. Once inserted, twist back into place to realign. It is very important to not pull the ends apart, in order to maintain the shape of your new seam ring; otherwise it will bend out of shape.
