This cartilage earring arrived today and I was pleasantly surprised. The size is not too big and will fit nicely next to my second cartilage piercing close to it. The only difficultly I have had is getting the back on. This is always an issue with cartilage piercings; the backs are always a pain. Then I always worry about the back becoming loose and accidentally coming off. However, the internal threading seems to be a good idea. I hope this piece of jewelry will prove to be very durable and beautiful. If so, I plan to purchase more to have diamonds coming down the side of my cartilage, a beautiful sophisticated look. =)

I love this sooooo much!!!!! I got it for my nose and it's gorgeous, the diamond is so shiny and it's very comfortable to wear on a daily basis! Also, the screw does not come loose like other labrets I have had in the past from other places. I rarely have to adjust this to make sure it's screwed in tight since it stays securely in place.
