I am giving a low star review to the lack of response for the email that I sent regarding the nose ring. I was trying to see if there was a way to exchange since it was too small. I received on the 8th of July. I figured I give them some time to reply. Still nothing. I ended up going to my local shop and get fitted.

Hi, again ordered four of these and learned how to size in the process. The lower the gauge the thicker the stem and this helps to hold it place. The other measurements 1/4,5/16" are for how long it will hang. Hope this helps, Jewelry So Pretty, my nose shines !! 🤩✌🏽Sylvia

Quality jewelry. Highly recommend. I learned to check where my piercing spot is exactly and figured out it's close to the edge and 1/4 " is a perfect size cuff on the edge. And to help with slipping out, I ordered thicker gauge

Photo shows the ball as being larger than what is on my nose ring. It slid out within hours of wearing it and I have a small hole in my small nose.

Bought a basic gold hoop nose piercing, little confusing to install but I’m glad it didn’t get infected. I usually react fast to bad jewelry and it’s a very painful process. Thank you. Good pricing too

I love FT nose hoops. They're so easy to interchange when I want to wear a stud. Love the rose gold 18g so much I ordered a 2nd for a new nostril piercing and can't wait to wear! I've also got the 20g version and find both super comfortable to wear. The ball keeps it secure and these are my favorite style of hoop for sure. Great quality & price. Highly recommend.

It would be great, but the ball on the end—the diameter of which is not stated in the item description, and which looks much bigger relative to the post diameter in the photos than the item I received, IMO, anyway—easily pulls through my piercing :(

Seems to be nice quality, but I can't wear it as it's too short, and the cost to exchange it is almost as high as the jewelry itself.

I purchased this one instead of the seamless one for easier removal when I have to switch to a stud for professional reasons and this was perfect. I’ve always wanted a nose ring just to have a hoop ring and I’m more than happy with this purchase. It fit snug and wasn’t this huge thing on my face. Very dainty and still so sturdy. Awesome craftsmanship. I bought the 5/16” in yellow gold and it’s beautiful.

I love this hoop! I have a double nose piercing and this fits snugly around my nostril, stays straight with the other hoop, and is really delicate. I’m disappointed with my purchase experience overall as I tried to cancel it prior to shipment due to some unexpected expenses and was informed that it could not be canceled because the items (I bought 3 pieces of nose jewelry) are handmade. I checked the return policy and item descriptions, responded to customer service about the conflicting information but did not hear back.
